Hello my name is Tammy, founder and owner of Ansa Bodywork & Skincare—a licensed travel massage therapist and aesthetician serving Tampa and the surrounding areas. My mission is to assist one soul at a time in reconnecting and healing their mind, body, and spirit. I believe that pain and dysfunction doesn’t always come from muscles alone—they can also be rooted from trauma. Through my work, I help release both the physical and emotional layers that the body holds. With advanced training in a wide range of modalities—including deep tissue, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, neuromuscular therapy, sports massage, prenatal massage, lymphatic manual therapy, hot stones, cupping, muscle scraping, stretching, chakra alignment, reflexology, and targeted care for migraines, TMJ dysfunction, and thoracic outlet syndrome—I tailor every session to meet your unique needs. As a licensed aesthetician, I also provide custom facials, waxing, and body treatments, blending therapeutic care with luxury skincare to support whole‑body wellness. What sets me apart is my philosophy: I don’t charge by technique—I charge by time and expertise. That means every session is fully customized, whether you need deep therapeutic relief, gentle restoration, or a thoughtful combination of both.
